Please remember to completely fill out the paperwork, include your work and home phone, preferred billing (self or school) and route and building numbers. This will enable us to contact you with any questions, as well as ensure the materials are returned to you. (If we are unable to contact you, your job will be placed on hold). Always give us your DATE due, as the date is how we prioritize in the Print Schedule.
Jobs that are “print-ready” and do not require finishing can usually be done within a week or less. Jobs that require typesetting or graphics and finishing may take 2-3 weeks. During the summer (June, July and August) the workload is very heavy. Please allow extra time for your order to be completed. Please send us your “summer” requests as early in the spring as possible. Remember that by request of your Superintendent, a job can be “flagged” for deferred billing after July 1 for the school year the materials will be used in.
Jobs will be sent back to the requestor through Prairie Lakes van delivery system unless arrangements are made to have them picked up at Prairie Lakes Pocahontas office. When you place your order, keep in mind that the van schedule runs Monday-Friday and work on your job only begins when the order is received at the Pocahontas office.
